Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Astra Travels visa consultation, appointment assistance or travel support services.

Important Notice

Astra Travels provides guidance and assistance only. Visa approval, appointment availability and processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities and third-party visa centres.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Astra Travels and customers who use our visa consultation, appointment assistance, travel documentation and related services.

By submitting an enquiry, making a payment or using our services, you agree to the terms listed on this page.

2. Independent Service Provider

Astra Travels is an independent travel and visa assistance company. We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, visa centre or official decision-making authority.

Our role is to guide customers, assist with documentation, provide travel support and help with appointment-related services where available.

3. Visa Decisions

All visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa centre or government authority.

Astra Travels cannot guarantee visa approval, visa validity, number of entries, processing time, appointment availability or the final decision of any authority.

Customers remain responsible for providing true, complete and accurate information.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees paid to Astra Travels are service charges for consultation, documentation support, appointment assistance and related work.

Embassy, consulate, visa centre, biometric, courier, insurance, premium lounge or third-party charges may be separate unless clearly included in writing.

Astra Travels reserves the right to update service charges at any time. Any confirmed service will be handled according to the price agreed at the time of booking.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, documents have been reviewed, a consultation has been provided or appointment assistance has been attempted.

If a customer cancels before any work begins, Astra Travels may consider a partial refund after deducting payment gateway charges and administrative costs.

Appointment booking charges, urgent appointment support and completed services are non-refundable.

If an applicant misses an appointment, a fresh appointment or rescheduling may require additional charges and may also affect travel plans.

6. Appointment Assistance

Astra Travels may assist with appointment guidance and appointment booking support where available.

Appointment availability depends on visa centres, embassies, consulates and third-party booking systems. We cannot guarantee same-day, next-day or specific-date appointments unless confirmed in writing.

Once an appointment is booked, changes, cancellations or rescheduling may not be possible or may require additional charges.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate personal information, valid documents, correct travel details and truthful statements.

Customers must attend appointments on time with original documents and any required photocopies, photographs, forms and supporting evidence.

Astra Travels is not responsible for delays, refusals or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, false or late information provided by the customer.

8. Document Handling

Astra Travels aims to handle customer documents carefully. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by courier companies, visa centres, embassies, consulates, third-party service providers, natural disasters, strikes, war, weather issues or events beyond our control.

Customers should not send original documents without prior confirmation from Astra Travels.

9. Travel Bookings & Losses

Customers should avoid making non-refundable travel bookings until a visa has been granted, unless they fully understand the risk.

Astra Travels cannot accept responsibility for flight, hotel, event, tour, transport or other losses caused by visa refusal, delay, appointment unavailability or authority decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Astra Travels will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, third-party platforms, technical errors, processing delays or visa decisions.

Our maximum liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the service fee paid directly to Astra Travels for the relevant service.

11. Changes to Terms

Astra Travels may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
